At The Skateboard Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your deck, trucks, or apparel aren't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all shrink wrap and tags intact; please note that custom-assembled completes are final sale.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label and receive your return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to the boards or components during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
