How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you order a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on used decks?
We only accept returns on unused items in their original shrink wrap. Once a deck has been gripped, assembled, or skated, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for street skating, while 8.25" and up offers more stability for transition and pools. Check our Size Guide for a detailed breakdown.
Are the components on your completes high quality?
Absolutely. Unlike 'big box' store boards, our completes are built with professional-grade decks, trucks, and wheels from trusted skate brands to ensure the best performance and durability.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
